How to use past papers effectively

Simulate exam conditions: Set a 2-hour timer and attempt Part A in one sitting. No breaks, no phone. Time pressure is the real challenge in UCEED, not the questions.

Analyse errors by topic: After each paper, note which of the 7 topic types gave you trouble. Two or three papers will show your consistent weak spots clearly.

Practise Part B sketches: Do not skip Part B. Even if you know the theme, draw it. Submit your sketch to a teacher or peer for honest feedback on communication quality.

Look for patterns across years: Certain topics (spatial reasoning, observation) appear every year. Doing 3 to 4 papers reveals which topics to prioritise in preparation.
