All content on ShapeVerse - including exam guides, syllabus breakdowns, cutoff analyses, college directories, blog articles, and mock test questions - is provided for personal, educational, non-commercial use only. You may read, share links to, and reference our content for personal study and research purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from ShapeVerse without prior written permission from EDU SolPro. This includes copying content to other websites, compiling it into PDFs for distribution, or repurposing it for commercial gain.

Brief quotations with proper attribution and a link back to the original ShapeVerse page are permitted for commentary, criticism, or educational reference - not for commercial reproduction.

3. Exam Data Accuracy

ShapeVerse makes every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information about design entrance examinations including UCEED, NIFT, NID DAT, NATA, and CEED. Our content is sourced from official exam portals (uceed.iitb.ac.in, nift.ac.in, nid.edu, admissions.nata.in) and government sources wherever possible.

However, exam dates, eligibility criteria, seat matrices, fee structures, and cutoffs can change without prior notice. Conducting bodies are the sole authoritative sources for all exam-related information.

You must verify all exam data directly from the official exam website before submitting an application or making payment. ShapeVerse cannot be held responsible for decisions made on the basis of information published here without independent verification.

4. Intellectual Property

The ShapeVerse name, logo, visual design, original written content, data compilations, mock test questions, and all other proprietary material on this site are owned by EDU SolPro and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable Indian intellectual property law.

Exam names such as UCEED, NIFT, NID DAT, NATA, and CEED are trademarks or registered marks of their respective conducting bodies. ShapeVerse uses these names for descriptive and informational purposes only and claims no ownership, affiliation, or endorsement from these institutions.

5. User Conduct

When using ShapeVerse, you agree not to:

• Scrape or crawl the site in a way that places undue load on servers or harvests data at scale for commercial redistribution.
• Spread misinformation about exam dates, results, or cutoffs by reproducing our content with alterations, or by misrepresenting ShapeVerse as an official source.
• Impersonate ShapeVerse, EDU SolPro, or any exam conducting body in any communication or on any platform.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, including violating any applicable Indian law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected database.
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code through any channel associated with ShapeVerse.

ShapeVerse reserves the right to block access, remove content, or take legal action against any user who violates these conduct rules.

ShapeVerse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EDU SolPro does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability
