About the programme
IIT Guwahati's Design Programme started in 2004 and has grown into one of the larger design departments across UCEED-accepting institutions. With approximately 56 seats per year, the programme offers students a genuine IIT learning environment without the very high competition of the most sought-after campuses.
The curriculum integrates product design, interaction design, communication design, and craft-based practice.
