We are a small team, not a call centre. We read every email that comes in. Student query, data correction, partnership enquiry: we respond to all of them within 2 working days.

Four types of enquiries make up the majority of what we receive. Here is what to expect for each.
Exam date and result queries
If you have a question about UCEED, NIFT, NID DAT, NATA, or CEED, write to us. We will point you to the correct official source or clarify what ShapeVerse currently shows. We do not have inside access to exam bodies, but we do know where to look.
College profile correction requests
ShapeVerse covers 47 design college profiles. If you spot a factual error in a college listing, a wrong fee figure, an outdated NIRF rank, or a missing campus, email us with the correct data and its official source. We treat corrections as priority updates.
Partnership and media kit enquiries
ShapeVerse is built by EDU SolPro, an agency that works with design colleges on admissions and branding. If you represent a design institution and want to explore reach options, banner placements, or lead partnerships, write to us and we will share the media kit.
Student counselling referrals
ShapeVerse does not offer one-on-one counselling directly. But if you are a student or parent feeling overwhelmed about which exam to take, which college fits your portfolio, or how to plan the application timeline, email us. We can point you toward genuine resources.

Is ShapeVerse affiliated with NID, NIFT, IIT Bombay, or any exam body?
No. ShapeVerse is an independent information portal operated by EDU SolPro. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any exam conducting authority or college. All data on ShapeVerse is sourced from official websites and published for informational purposes only. Always verify exam dates and cutoffs at the respective official portal before applying.
How quickly do you respond to emails?
We aim to respond within 2 working days. College correction requests and data errors are prioritised. Partnership enquiries typically take 3 to 5 working days for a full response, as we review the fit before responding.
Can I suggest a college that is not currently listed on ShapeVerse?
Yes. If your design college or design programme is not listed, email us the institution name, official website, and a brief note on which exams it accepts. We review all suggestions against our sourcing standards before adding a profile.
Does ShapeVerse sell my data to colleges?
No. ShapeVerse does not sell your contact information to colleges without your explicit consent. Our business model is built on contextual advertising and verified lead generation, where students choose to connect with colleges. No cold calls, no spam.
